Project Controls Billing Coordinator – Prism Electric

Responsibilities:
  • Set up new jobs and sub-jobs in CMiC
  • Prepare, review, and submit monthly billings, including AIA progress billings
  • Coordinate closely with Project Management and customers on billing requirement
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquirie
  • Support Project Management with budgets, billings, and CMiC-related needs
  • Assist with job closeout documentation, including COIs, affidavits, and final waiver
  • Maintain accurate project records and legal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with bonds, OCIP/CCIP, and customer-specific requirement
  • Collect and manage conditional and unconditional lien waivers
  • Maintain organized project files for audit and legal reference
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction billing, accounting, or project controls
  • Hands-on experience with AIA billing formats (G702/G703 or similar
  • Strong Excel skills and document management abilities
  • Experience working with financial and project management software
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
