Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Project Controls Manager (Confidential) to join their team. As a Project Controls Manager (Confidential), you will be part of the Operations Department supporting site-based facility management and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to operational excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Controls Manager (Confidential)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Pay Range: $52.88/hr. – $60.10/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily operations of site-based Foremen and union Building Operators, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and union contracts.
  • Coordinate, process, and track all work order requests, maintenance activities, and trouble calls using CMMS/QFM and Building Automation Systems.
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, operational contracts, and regulatory documents to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
  • Assign and schedule work orders, monitor progress, and oversee the final closeout of maintenance tasks to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Lead safety enforcement, technical training, hazard assessments, and incident reporting to foster a safe work environment.

What's Needed?

  • Technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, BAS, and CMMS/QFM systems.
  • Proven experience managing union and non-union staff in large-scale facilities or transportation hubs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects and teams.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety management, and contract administration.
