The Project Controls Manager leads all project controls functions across SNF’s capital project portfolio, including cost estimating, cost management, schedule development and control, progress measurement, change management, and executive reporting.
This role supervises a team of schedulers, cost engineers, and project controls specialists and is responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing controls organization. The Project Controls Manager serves as the primary interface between Engineering, Design, and Project Management to ensure integrated project performance visibility throughout the full project lifecycle—from early project definition and estimating through commissioning and close-out.
This position is accountable for establishing and maintaining project controls baselines, driving disciplined change management, and providing objective performance data to support informed decision-making.
