This role is for an SAP Planner which is under the Projects umbrella of the Energy Supply group. This resource will create work orders, purchase requisitions, and non work order PRs for our engineers in SAP. The team works off a workbook that they populate and submit to us. We also monitor some of the metric reports, one of which is called an inactive report; if a project has gone 90 days without any spend activity, it shows up on this report. We monitor that report and work with the project leads to get the projects off that report or to resolve any issues. The other report is the missing completes report; Once we have placed something in service, we have 90 days to complete it and if they haven't completed it within those 90 days, it shows up on that metric report. Again, this resource/team will work with the project leads to find out why it hasn't been completed yet, when will it be completed, and we help them resolve anything such as submitting extensions, submitting the closeout for them. We partner with business area finance, business area accounting and with Capital asset accounting and supply chain regularly.
