Project Controls Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of project controls experience in the energy sector, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for energy projects.

• Track project costs, prepare forecasts, and monitor budget performance.

• Generate project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and client use.

• Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Ensure compliance with project controls standards, corporate policies, and contractual requirements.

• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedule, cost, and performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in project controls, preferably in energy, T&D, or substation projects.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Understanding of project management and control principles, including cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
