Our team consists of licensed Professional Engineers (PE), certified Project Management Professionals (PMP), certified professional with Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), licensed General Building Contractor and other industry designations. We can provide entitlement, development, design, procurement, construction management, project management, expert witness and litigation support services on a variety of building types. Our experienced team have provided these services to successfully deliver various facilities for public school districts, college districts, universities, commercial developers, hospitality owners, multinational CM/PM consultants and other valued clients.

This is a full-time position with Los Angeles Community College District.
The ideal Project Controls Specialist IV (Cost Analyst) is a seasoned construction project controls professional with 7–10+ years of experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting on large capital construction programs. They possess strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to identify cost trends, perform variance analyses, forecast Estimate at Completion (EAC), and proactively mitigate budget risks. This individual is highly proficient in advanced Excel, project controls platforms such as e-Builder, Proliance, and DELTEK, and ideally Power BI or Tableau. They are detail-oriented, capable of reconciling complex financial data from multiple sources, and comfortable collaborating with Project Managers, Construction Managers, schedulers, and executive leadership to ensure projects remain on budget and aligned with organizational objectives. Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for stakeholders are essential.
