What You Can Expect
As our Project Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the ENGIE Capital Projects team at Georgetown University, supporting the execution of utility and infrastructure projects that enhance the reliability and sustainability of the campus systems. You'll work closely with Project Managers and Construction teams to coordinate schedules, documentation, meetings, and workflows-ensuring that projects move forward efficiently and in compliance with ENGIE and University processes.
This position supports ENGIE's 50-year partnership with Georgetown University to operate, maintain, and enhance the campus utility infrastructure. The projects you'll help deliver will include chilled water, steam, hot water, electrical, HVAC, and renewable energy systems that serve the University's mission of operational excellence and environmental stewardship.
No two days are the same. You'll manage documentation, support project reporting, coordinate contractor and stakeholder communication, and assist with site logistics. Your success will be measured by your ability to keep projects organized, information flowing, and team members aligned toward safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

Hourly Range: $ $32.88 to $43.84 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
