Job Title: Project Coordinator (Entry-Level) Location: Alpharetta, GA Job Type: On Going Contract, W2 Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Onsite Pay Range: $25 - $27 per hour Job Description: Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and project teams with day-to-day project activities. In this role, you will help coordinate schedules, track project milestones, maintain documentation, support logistics and shipping activities, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Support Project Managers and project teams with daily project coordination activities.
Coordinate project team efforts to help ensure successful project execution.
Track project milestones and assist with meeting project timelines and customer expectations.
Schedule meetings, project activities, deliveries, and service appointments.
Coordinate with logistics teams to prepare, package, and ship parts, equipment, and project materials.
Monitor shipments and provide status updates to project stakeholders.
Take and maintain shipment photos for documentation, tracking, and quality assurance purposes.
Maintain accurate project, shipping, and inventory records.
Communicate project and shipment updates with internal teams.
Organize and maintain project documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications
0-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, logistics, customer service, or a related field.
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
