Job Summary:
This person acts as the coordinator for internet and network connectivity projects across Client offices. They ensure internet circuits are ordered, vendors are scheduled, installations happen on time, trackers are updated, invoices are processed, and stakeholders receive status updates. The role is heavily focused on coordination, vendor management, project tracking, and keeping multiple teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate internet circuit delivery and installations for new office launches.
- Track project progress using tools like ServiceNow and Monday.com.
- Work with vendors and internal engineering teams.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Schedule installations and monitor timelines.
- Process invoices and manage operational tasks.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates.
- Support telecom and infrastructure projects across healthcare locations.
Must-Have Skills:- 2–4+ years supporting projects, operations, telecommunications, or infrastructure programs.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external vendors.
- Experience using tracking systems, spreadsheets, ServiceNow, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Scheduling installations and working with suppliers and service providers.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and related applications.
