HireFrontier is growing and seeking a proactive Project Coordinator & Administrative Supervisor for a dual-role position. You'll keep the office running smoothly day to day while overseeing recruitment projects, client engagements, and internal hiring initiatives from kickoff to completion.
Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and records
Oversee recruitment projects to meet timelines and client expectations
Act as the main point of contact between clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal teams
Track project milestones and prepare status reports
Coordinate with hiring managers and vendors on interviews and workflows
Manage daily office operations: phones, email, filing, and supplies
Support onboarding coordination, compliance docs, and applicant tracking
Identify ways to streamline administrative and recruiting workflows
Experience in admin, office management, staffing, or HR preferred
Project coordination or supervisory experience a strong plus
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
Strong communication skills
Able to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with recruitment/onboarding processes is valuable
Proactive problem-solver, adaptable to change
