Project Coordinator Description

Duties & Requirements:

• Support Project Managers with capital construction projects
• Track project budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial reporting
• Assist with budget forecasting, cost analysis, and project controls
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, approvals, permits, and drawings
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project costs and help identify budget variances
• Ensure project records are accurate, organized, and up to date
• Previous Project Coordinator experience is required
• Experience supporting capital construction projects is required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Construction or hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
