Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and presentation materials in support of PM priorities, weekly and monthly status reviews, CDRL deliverables, and overall program execution.
Review candidate résumés, conduct Labor Category (LCAT) compliance verification, and participate in interviews and customer meet and greet sessions to support contract staffing efforts.
Prepare, compile, and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, monthly status reports, personnel reports, briefings, timesheets, and program documentation for government and contractor stakeholders.
Analyze contract modifications (MODs), review funding realignments, and ensure alignment with program objectives, deliverables, and performance standards.
Collaborate with government customers, PMs, subcontractors, contract teams, and talent acquisition personnel to support seamless project execution and issue resolution.
Monitor contract personell compliance requirements and expiration tracking, and serve as the secondary point of contact in support of contract operations.
Organize and coordinate monthly status reports (MSRs) from Team Leads and Subcontractors. 
Ensure that MSRs are correct and accurate prior to delivery to Contracts Team for complete and concise distribution.
