ROLE SUMMARY
This role supports store operations growth strategies by partnering with cross functional project teams to successfully implement distribution center and store level initiatives. The position plays a key role in ensuring store data accuracy, project governance, reporting consistency, and audit readiness across multiple systems.

In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination for store data governance and project intake, ensuring information is accurately translated, properly approved, and consistently maintained. You will collaborate closely with project managers, data analysts, engineers, and field teams to keep initiatives moving forward while maintaining strong data integrity standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the primary point of contact for initiating new store records within Store Data Governance for USAG NAPA, IBS, Paint, and Traction stores
• Monitor incoming CAMP projects, evaluate requests against predefined criteria, and approve qualifying initiatives
• Ensure accurate translation of data from CAMP project requests into the CAMP project management tool
• Coordinate system issues, updates, and change requests with CAMP Data Analysts and CAMP Software Engineers
• Maintain schedules and produce recurring cross functional reports to support project and leadership visibility
• Communicate report timelines and expectations to project managers to ensure accuracy and on time delivery
• Perform periodic audits across multiple data sources to ensure consistency and data integrity
• Develop job aids and deliver training related to CAMP project requests and store data governance processes
• Respond proactively to data and project related inquiries from field and headquarters personnel

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting cross functional teams in a project, operations, or data focused role
• Associate or Bachelor degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel with vlookups, pivot tables, and formulas
• Experience producing reports, maintaining schedules, and supporting audit readiness across multiple systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across departments and vendors
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting demands, and perform effectively under deadlines
