Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional coordination and support to project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations
- Assist Project Managers with planning, tracking, and execution of construction and utility projects
- Coordinate project documentation, reporting, and communication across internal teams, field personnel, and external stakeholders
- Learn and utilize multiple internal and external systems to generate accurate and timely project reports
- Perform administrative and operational tasks including auditing timecards, tracking project costs, and supporting schedules
- Work directly with field employees to collect information, resolve issues, and support project needs
- Ensure all project-related data is collected, processed, analyzed, and distributed accurately and on time
- Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of project success
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, construction administration, or customer account support
- Minimum 2+ years of post-high school education (preferably related to construction, engineering, business, or project management); college degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to understand financial and project tracking tools and to master Henkels & McCoy systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
Pay Range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
