Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

• Project manager experience.
• Experience tracking and working with internal & external employees.
• Able to work independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations from initiation through completion.
• Track customer products throughout the testing process, ensuring accurate status reporting at all stages.
• Coordinate with internal departments-including testing, engineering, quality, and operations-to gather information and maintain project flow.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication logs.
• Identify potential delays or issues and proactively communicate solutions to both internal teams and customers.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, both internal and client-facing.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating processes and recommending optimizations.
