Job Title: Project Coordinator

Pay Rate: $38 - $48

Location: Box Elder, SD

SCOPE OF WORK

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project
• Create and update critical path schedules
• Review vendor and subcontractor schedules for accuracy and coordination
• Track project progress and compare actual performance against projections
• Identify schedule impacts, delays, and potential risks
• Participate in look-ahead planning and project progress meetings
• Prepare schedule reports for project teams and leadership
• Assist with processing RFIs and Change Orders
• Review customer drawings and specifications to support project planning
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and Quality Managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project
• Experience creating and maintaining Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules
• Understanding of RFIs, Change Orders, and project documentation
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
