This position requires the equivalent to an associates degree in architecture, landscape architecture, public administration, or a related field. Do you meet this requirement?

Describe your experience coordinating and managing multiple park, facility, or public works projects simultaneously. In your response, include the types of projects you have managed (e.g., maintenance, renovation, construction, or Capital Improvement Projects), your role in delivering them from planning through closeout, and how you ensured scope, schedule, and budget objectives were met.

This position is responsible for preparing project scopes, cost estimates, bid documents, and coordinating contractor procurement for park and facility projects. Please describe your experience developing Invitations for Bid (IFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), or similar procurement documents. Include your role in evaluating bids, verifying contractor qualifications, and supporting contract award or project execution.

Describe your experience overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance on construction, maintenance, or renovation projects. In your response, include your experience performing field inspections, reviewing construction documents and specifications, coordinating with internal departments or consultants, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, ADA requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
