We are currently seeking aProject Coordinatorto join our team in the Seattle/Bellevue area, with a clear growth path into aProject Engineer role.
What You'll Learn & Support
In this role, you willbuild the foundation for a successful careerin construction project management by:
+ Supporting field teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly
+ Assisting with project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
+ Helping process invoices, subcontractor payments, and owner billings
+ Aiding and learning fromproject team to ensure overall project workflow
+ Maintaining project scheduling and updates
+ Managing submittals, documentation, and project workflow
+ Facilitating change orders and time-and-materials work
