    Description:

    The Project Manager - Clinical Trial Logistics (CTL) is responsible for managing client-facing project activities, proposal development, study startup, and ongoing coordination for Clinical Trial Logistics and kitting services at the Springfield site. This position serves as the primary point of contact between clients, Business Development (BD), Global Proposal Operations (GPO), and CTL operations. The Project Manager ensures client requests are communicated, evaluated, and addressed in a timely manner while maintaining close coordination with the operational teams responsible for kit production and distribution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming RFPs, budgeting requests, and proposal activities for CTL/kitting services.
    • Develop, review, maintain, and submit accurate study budgets and proposal information.
    • Coordinate with clients, Business Development, GPO, CTL operations, and other internal teams to gather requirements and clarify study scope, timelines, volumes, and service needs.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely communication and addressing study-related questions and requests.
    • Lead and coordinate new study startups, including startup meetings, operational handoffs, timelines, milestones, and required documentation.
    • Coordinate changes to study scope, kit requirements, enrollment assumptions, timelines, and other client requests throughout the life of the study.
    • Track study action items, deliverables, and timelines to ensure commitments are completed.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
    • Partner with kit production, distribution, and other operational teams to coordinate study requirements and activities.
    • Participate in client and internal meetings and provide project updates, follow-up, and coordination as needed.
    • Identify, communicate, and help resolve operational, financial, timeline, and service-related issues.
    • Maintain accurate study, proposal, budget, and project documentation.
    • Support study completion and closeout activities.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, communication, and the overall client experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Combination of relevant education & experience that provides sufficient knowledge & skills to ensure incumbent's success in this role, such as:

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, project management, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Experience in project coordination, project management, client services, clinical research, laboratory services, logistics, or a related environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional internal teams.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related business applications.
    • Ability to understand operational workflows and translate client requirements into actionable plans

    Preferred

    • Experience within clinical trials, central laboratory services, clinical supply, or clinical trial logistics.
    • Experience with clinical trial kit production or distribution.
    • Experience preparing budgets, proposals, or statements of work.
    • Experience using Accell or similar budgeting/proposal systems.
    • Previous client-facing project management experience.
    • Familiarity with GPO and Business Development proposal workflows.
