Job Details

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support commercial HVAC and plumbing project teams in Phoenix, AZ. In this role you’ll be the operational backbone for multiple projects, handling document control, subcontractor and vendor coordination, scheduling support, and day-to-day communication between field teams and office leadership. You’ll help keep projects organized, on schedule, and compliant with company processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain project documentation: submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Coordinate communication among project managers, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Support project scheduling, material procurement follow-up, and logistics tracking.
  • Assist with cost tracking, invoice routing, and basic job-cost reporting.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and distribute project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, insurance, and project documentation standards.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years construction or MEP project coordination experience; commercial HVAC/plumbing background strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction document control processes (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with construction/project management software (Procore, Viewpoint, Sage 300, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with field teams, and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
