Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operations including project coordination, estimating support, CRM management, and communication with clients and internal teams.


This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. No fire sprinkler experience required — we will train the right candidate.



Key Responsibilities
  •  Manage and update CRM system (tracking leads, projects, and client communication) 
  •  Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients, contractors, and vendors 
  •  Assist with estimating support (reviewing plans, organizing takeoffs, preparing proposals) 
  •  Coordinate project schedules, inspections, and field activities
  •  Order and track materials and deliveries
  •  Maintain organized project files and documentation
  •  Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  •  Assist with billing support and job tracking
  •  Communicate with field teams to help resolve day-to-day issues
Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in construction, office administration, or coordination role preferred 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  •  Comfortable using computers, email, and software systems (CRM, Excel, etc.) 
  •  Ability to read construction plans is a plus (not required) 
  •  Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) 
  •  Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  •  Valid driver’s license
Preferred (but not required)


  •  Experience in construction, plumbing, or fire protection 
  •  Familiarity with estimating or takeoffs 
  •  Experience with CRM systems or project management software
