  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Procor, Sage or similar construction management software to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate communication among stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project operations.
  • Support project estimating processes by gathering data, reviewing bids, and assisting with cost control measures using Construction estimating tools.
  • Manage document control systems.
  • Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Track project progress through regular updates, site visits, and detailed reports; identify potential delays or issues early and escalate as needed.
  • Assist with contract administration by reviewing agreements, change orders, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Support project management tasks including resource allocation, time management, and progress reporting to keep projects on track from start to finish. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction site supervision or project coordination within the construction industry.
  • Strong proficiency with construction management software such as, ProCore, and Sage and Excel.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies and tools used in large-scale construction projects.
  • Hands-on experience with construction site safety practices and quality assurance protocols.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating between diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with contracts and project documentation is essential.
