Project Coordinator - Construction

The Construction Project Coordinator oversees commercial construction projects from estimating through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

We're looking for someone who

• Is authorized to work in the United States
• Holds a bachelor's degree or has equivalent work experience
• Has at least 2 years of project management or related construction experience
• Can read and interpret commercial construction plans, specifications, and details
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and commercial estimating software
• Demonstrates knowledge of construction plans, OSHA procedures, and waterproofing products and installation methods
• Can prepare accurate and comprehensive project estimates
• Is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Communicates effectively with customers, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders
• Is committed to fostering a culture of respect, continuous improvement, and safety
• Has a valid driver's license

What you'll do

• Manage multiple construction projects from bidding through project completion
• Review drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and project plans
• Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, materials, equipment, and resources
• Create comprehensive bids and communicate with owners and consulting engineers
• Perform material take-offs and maintain current vendor pricing
• Coordinate project details, scope, and materials with Foremen and field crews
• Process submittals, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, and other project documentation
• Visit job sites to monitor progress and support project execution
• Coordinate scheduling updates and project needs with field leadership
• Track project progress and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
• Complete project closeout activities, including warranties, punch lists, inspections, and final documentation
• Operate and properly care for company equipment, vehicles, and tools as needed
