Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
Support Salesforce Administration tasks (user management, data updates, reports, dashboards).
Assist in writing, reviewing, and executing test cases for system enhancements and integrations.
Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and stakeholders in both Spanish and English.
Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure project documentation, requirements, and test cases are well-maintained and up to date.
