CP Build is a national subcontractor providing turnkey interior finishes and installation for multifamily and commercial projects across the United States. Since 1980, we’ve delivered flooring, cabinets, countertops, and other interior finish solutions through a combination of global sourcing, coordinated project execution, and a nationwide installation network. About the Role This Salt Lake City–based role supports projects from start to finish by managing materials, tracking timelines, and keeping communication organized. This is a structured, process-driven role focused on coordination and follow-through. Success in this position comes from staying organized, paying attention to detail, and reliably executing established processes. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys steady, organized work and takes pride in keeping things on track behind the scenes. What You’ll Do - Prepare and send product submittals.
- Track approvals and follow up to keep projects moving.
- Order and track materials based on project schedules.
- Communicate with vendors on lead times and delivery dates.
- Coordinate deliveries to align with installation timing.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams on project status.
Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6–12 months of administrative, coordination, or scheduling experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Pay Range: $20 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
