Job Description
Primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining MS project plans, status/dashboards on one or more large projects. Additional activities include meeting set-up, meeting notes with action items and decision tracking. Tracking and reporting budget/hours on project. Lead status activities with multiple business units related to assigned tasks. Support Project Manager.

- 5+ years managing project plans in MS Project , Oracle Fusion, Plan View
- 5+ years facilitating and recording meeting minutes
- 3+ years in a Healthcare industry

- Current experience with - Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Coordinator of more than one project
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Process Specialist with Visio experience
- PMP Certificate
- Strong Presentation skills including PowerPoint presentation development
- Health Insurance operations knowledge
- Vendor relationship knowledge
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
- Prefer PMP certified
