What You'll Do as a Project Coordinator:- Prepare project files and documentation for the drafting process
- Track projects through drafting, engineering, production, and completion stages
- Coordinate special materials and perform material takeoffs as needed
- Communicate with customers to obtain approvals and provide project updates
- Maintain organized project records while managing multiple deadlines and priorities
What You Need to Bring to the Project Coordinator role:- 1-5 years of project coordination, construction, or related experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, blueprints, and building documents preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- High attention to detail; AutoCAD experience and education in project management, engineering, construction, drafting, or architecture are a plus
