Location: Kamloops / Merritt Region, BC (site-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, overtime availability)
Pay: CA$60,000.00 - CA$70,000.00 per year

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator / EIT-type professional to support our site operations. This role focuses on data, systems, and process coordination to ensure smooth operational workflows. While direct trade or construction experience is not required, candidates should have a solid understanding of maintenance, facilities, and construction process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects and operational processes to support site efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report operational data using Excel, Power BI dashboards, and SAP.
• Apply project and change management principles (PMP-type skillsets) to site initiatives.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and ensuring operational compliance.
• Collaborate with site teams to support maintenance, facilities, and construction workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Residence within the Kamloops / Merritt region is required.
• Strong project coordination and change management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI dashboards preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance, facilities, and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
