Seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily operations, project teams, field technicians, and customer deliverables. This office-based role involves managing schedules, assisting with billing, compiling reports, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely project deliverables. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction, electrical contracting, utility services, engineering consulting, testing services, or similar industries. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Opportunities exist for involvement in technical review processes and quality control of project deliverables over time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for project teams and field personnel.
• Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with billing-related documentation and project tracking.
• Compile, organize, and distribute project reports.
• Work closely with Project Managers and field technicians to ensure deliverables are completed accurately.
• Support preparation of customer report packages.
• Participate in peer review processes and quality checks on project documentation.
• Track project milestones and support administrative project functions.
• Maintain project records and documentation within company systems.
• Assist operations leadership with reporting and project coordination tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, project support, operations support, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience interacting with customers and internal project teams.
• Strong Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working for an electrical contractor, utility contractor, testing company, engineering firm, or construction organization.
• Project scheduling experience.
• Experience supporting project managers or operations teams.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation processes.
• Exposure to utility, electrical, engineering, or construction-related projects.
• Experience reviewing reports and coordinating project deliverables.
• Experience with vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordination between crews and vendors for scheduling and project updates.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office located in Fayetteville, with the option for a hybrid schedule allowing a few days from home and a few days in the office. Benefits include a company card for hotel stays, per diem for travel, a company vehicle and gas card, and allowances for safety gear such as boots and prescription goggles. A cellphone and laptop are provided to facilitate work tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fayetteville, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
