Project Coordinator

Magnify Signs, Englewood, CO

Magnify Signs is looking for a Project Coordinator to own the flow of every sign project from first request to final install. This is the operational hub of our shop, the person who keeps jobs moving, keeps clients confident, and keeps our design, production, and install teams pointed in the same direction.

We're looking for a driver, someone organized and proactive enough to see around corners, tighten our process as we grow, and become the reason clients come back. If you like ownership, momentum, and building something, this role has real room to grow with the company.

What Success Looks Like

•   Estimates go out accurate, timely, and clearly communicated

•   Clients feel informed, confident, and genuinely taken care of at every stage

•   Jobs move smoothly from request to design to production to install, with nothing stalling and nothing slipping

•   Proactive follow-up turns first projects into repeat business and long-term relationships

•   Communication across the team is clear, forward-looking, and never a bottleneck

•   Our coordination process is measurably better six months from now because you improved it

What You'll Own

Day to Day

•   Manage incoming requests and keep every active project on schedule

•   Prepare accurate estimates, same-day where possible, and process new orders

•   Follow up on outstanding proofs, proposals, and open jobs before they go quiet

•   Coordinate project installation and project completion

•   Close out and ship completed orders, keeping the system clean and current

Each Week

•   Run post-project follow-ups to confirm the client is happy and the door is open for more

•   Conduct site surveys: photos, accurate measurements, and color identification

•   Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients

Ongoing

•   Drive priorities and clear communication with the design and production teams

•   Actively participate in team meetings, bringing solutions and not just updates

•   Help refine and scale our coordination process as the company grows

Who You Are

•   A natural organizer who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment

•   Solution-oriented, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and teammates rather than an order-taker

•   A strong communicator who can break complex ideas into simple, clear steps, on the phone, in person, and in writing

•   Comfortable with numbers, dimensions, and measurements

•   Proficient with Windows and Office 365

•   Accurate with typing and spelling

•   Capable of site surveys: clean photos, precise measurements, correct color calls

•   Organized, punctual, reliable, and genuinely engaged

•   Friendly, collaborative, and professional, someone people like working with

Experience

Experience in large-format printing or the sign industry, project coordination, construction management, or B2B client service is strongly preferred.

Required

•   Minimum 2 years of relevant signage or graphics experience

•   At least two solid professional references

•   Valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits

•   Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience

•   Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities that reward strong work and real contributions to the team's success

Full benefits coverage available, including:

  Health insurance

  Dental insurance

  Vision insurance

Paid time off (PTO accrues per federal and state law)

  Matching 401(k) retirement

Schedule & Location

•   Shift: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm with Fridays as the hybrid day.

•   Location: Englewood, CO

Reliable commute or relocation prior to start date required.
