  • Manage scheduling, assignments, and workforce adjustments to meet client demands.
  • Monitor employee attendance and performance, addressing issues promptly with HR support.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, site visits, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Track KPIs such as fill rate and client satisfaction scores, providing reports as needed.
  • Assist in developing staffing plans and recruiting strategies tailored to client accounts.
  • Resolve client escalations and service delivery concerns professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor compliance and workforce scheduling practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits.
  • Work authorization required: US Citizen & Green Card.

Preferences

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., JobDiva, Bullhorn) is a plus.

This is a hybrid role with general work hours. Please note that relocation is not accepted, and remote work is not an option.
