We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator with experience in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, capital equipment, or large-equipment manufacturing.

\n

\n

Once a machine is sold, you become the quarterback of the customer experience — owning the coordination from order through successful installation.

\n

\n

Your goal? Make sure the customer never has to ask:

\n

“Where is my machine?”

\n

“What happens next?”

\n

“Are we still on schedule?”

\n

“What do you need from me?”

\n

\n

What You’ll Own

\n

• Manage multiple machine projects from sold order through installation

\n

• Build and track timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and action items

\n

• Serve as the customer’s primary point of coordination after the sale

\n

• Proactively communicate status updates and upcoming milestones

\n

• Coordinate across Sales, Service, Operations, and Logistics

\n

• Confirm site readiness and installation requirements

\n

• Identify potential delays or roadblocks before they become problems

\n

• Maintain project documentation in Salesforce and project-management systems

\n

• Ensure a smooth installation and post-installation handoff

\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:

\n

• Heavy equipment

\n

• Industrial or capital machinery

\n

• Machine tools

\n

• Large-equipment manufacturing

\n

• Equipment dealerships or service organizations

\n

\n

You do not need to be an engineer or technician, but you should understand the complexities involved in getting large equipment from order to customer installation.

\n

\n

The ideal person is highly organized, customer-focused, calm under pressure, persistent, and always thinking two steps ahead. You know how to rally people, drive action without necessarily having direct authority, and communicate exceptionally well with both customers and internal teams.
