What You’ll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our team to keep everything on track, organized, and aligned with our high standards. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
• Support the team in meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
