Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of technology hardware and infrastructure initiatives across various locations.
This role will coordinate project activities across technology teams, business partners, vendors, field teams, and construction partners to help ensure deployments are completed on schedule and project risks and dependencies are actively managed.
Projects may include supply chain and distribution facilities, construction initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and other enterprise technology deployments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coordinating technology projects and exposure to hardware, infrastructure, field technology, construction technology, or other physical technology deployments. This is a project delivery and coordination role; deep technical engineering expertise is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items for assigned projects or workstreams.
Coordinate day-to-day project execution across technology teams, business partners, vendors, field teams, construction partners, and site contacts.
Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability against project commitments and deadlines.
Coordinate technology procurement, equipment deployment, installation, vendor activities, and site-readiness activities as required by the project.
Identify schedule, scope, resource, financial, and delivery risks and coordinate mitigation or escalation.
Maintain accurate project plans, status reports, financial tracking, and supporting documentation.
Communicate project health, milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and required actions to stakeholders.
Independently coordinate defined projects or workstreams while partnering with experienced Project Managers on larger or more complex initiatives.
Manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams across different stages of planning and execution.
Support continuous improvement and standardization of project delivery processes, tools, and practices.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of project coordination or project delivery experience, including experience supporting technology, hardware, infrastructure, field technology, construction technology, or other physical technology deployments.
Experience maintaining project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and project status reporting.
Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups, such as technology teams, business partners, vendors, field teams, construction partners, or site contacts.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, or deployment activities with competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience identifying project risks and dependencies and driving appropriate follow-up, mitigation, or escalation.
Working proficiency with Smartsheet, including maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and status information.
Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and lookup functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate project status, risks, decisions, and required actions.
Ability to work independently on defined deliverables while collaborating effectively within larger project teams.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $40.00 - 50.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
