Job Description
The Project Coordinator - Healthcare Construction - MD will:
- Assist project managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Support procurement processes and materials tracking
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Help facilitate communication between field teams and office staff

The Successful Applicant
The Project Coordinator - Healthcare Construction - MD will have:
- 1-3+ years of experience in construction coordination or project support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with construction documentation and project workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams
