Project Coordinator

An industrial piping and fabrication company is seeking an organized and dependable Project Coordinator to support their pipe fabrication operations. This position will work closely with project management, office personnel, and shop teams to keep projects organized, maintain accurate documentation, and support timely communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with coordinating project schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
• Maintain project records, track progress, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Communicate project updates with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Support material tracking and delivery coordination.
• Help identify potential delays and keep the appropriate team members informed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Previous project coordination or administrative experience. 
• Familiarity with pipe fabrication, construction, or industrial operations is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00am-3:00pm

Location:

• Houston, TX 77021

Pay:

• $18-$20/Hour
• Dependent on experience.
