We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from post-sale handoff through onsite installation and completion.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project coordination experience in a field-based environment — coordinating technicians, installers, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and schedules.

This is not an IT/software project role or an administrative-only coordinator position.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple customer projects and onsite installations
• Schedule field technicians, installers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate project timelines, equipment, site requirements, and customer schedules
• Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project
• Track project progress, documentation, costs, and completion
• Resolve scheduling, installation, and service issues
• Keep customers, field personnel, and internal teams informed

What You MUST Have

• 3+ years of project coordination/project management experience
• Experience coordinating field service, onsite installations, technicians, subcontractors, or similar field-based projects
• Experience managing multiple active projects and customer deadlines
• Strong customer communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and work independently

Experience with security/camera systems, low-voltage, electrical, commercial equipment, field service, fleet equipment, construction, or other onsite installations is a plus.
