Project Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire) – NW Houston

Office-Based | $20/hr | Potential 1 WFH Day/Week

We’re looking for an upbeat, outgoing and extremely detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a stable, well-established company in NW Houston.

This is a busy, office-based role with lots of moving parts. You’ll work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams to coordinate schedules, manage project details and keep multiple projects moving forward at the same time.

This is a customer-focused coordination role, not an IT, software or technical project management position.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
- Coordinate schedules, deliveries and project details
- Manage multiple projects at different stages at the same time
- Communicate updates, changes and next steps
- Track details and follow up on outstanding items
- Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of office-based experience in customer service, scheduling, project coordination, order management, inside sales support or operations support
- Upbeat, positive and outgoing personality
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage a lot of moving pieces at once
- Proactive, dependable and accountable with strong follow-through
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
