Pay rate: $35.00 - $36.25/hr
Work schedule: Hybrid Structure | Full-Time | Standard Business Hours, Monday through Friday. Overtime is not required or expected.
The Project Coordinator I provides high-level marketing administrative support within the HBO MAX Lifecycle Marketing division. This role focuses on developing and implementing structured marketing processes and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns engineered to drive subscriber engagement and retain customers. Please note that this is an administrative and operational coordination role, not a creative position. It offers an excellent entry-point for early-career professionals to gain experience supporting high-impact digital retention initiatives within a global entertainment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Campaign Brief Development: Draft and develop comprehensive CRM campaign briefs designed to elevate subscriber engagement and retention. Partner cross-functionally with internal Design, CRM Operations, and Copywriting teams to translate brief requirements into live campaigns.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely across the broader Retention & Engagement organization to facilitate campaign execution, remove operational bottlenecks, ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives, and hit quarterly business objectives.
Roadmap & Calendar Management: Support the day-to-day management of the CRM programming roadmap and master campaign calendar, helping to align team priorities, coordinate delivery timelines, and track key promotional launches.
Experimentation Tracking: Maintain and continuously evolve the group's CRM experimentation framework. Methodically track ongoing tests, document performance learnings, and support analytical optimization efforts to maximize long-term campaign performance.
Information Security: Maintain organized project files and handle proprietary internal metrics and subscriber strategies with strict confidentiality.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
Software Literacy: Proven experience navigating standard enterprise computer applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Time Management: Strong ability to work independently, manage one's own time efficiently, and drive tasks to completion under tight delivery timelines.
Organizational Mastery: Exceptional capability to keep high volumes of campaign data, schedule dependencies, and cross-team communications highly organized.
Communication & Tact: Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and tactfully with all levels of corporate personnel.
Instructional Focus: Acute attention to structural detail with the ability to precisely understand and execute complex written and oral operational instructions.
Education & Experience
Experience: Open to early-career professionals who demonstrate strong administrative aptitude, exceptional organization, and a foundational interest in lifecycle marketing or CRM workflows.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
