Hours 8am to 4:30pm
Location Pico Rivera, CA - This role will be onsite for training at Pico Rivera or Los Angeles and then fully remote.

Description:
0-2 Years of Experience. Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

2) Communication skills both verbal and through email. This role requires communication with both vendors and our project teams.
3) Ability to stay focused.
4) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day:
The job is reviewing vendor invoices for contractual compliance and verify all required documentation is included and signed. Inputting the correct accounting information in SAP and routing to the correct invoice approver.

Education - High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
