Description:

Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
Proficient in Excel (can create reports, perform basic formulas, create logs, etc.)
Exposure to SAP either in Production/Finance modules, someone with strong communication skills and someone who is a Team Player.
HS diploma required, bachelor's degree is a plus
Day to day includes working with various groups within client to get them scheduled with the pre-construction department, coordinating and issuing jobs within SAP, interpreting construction sketches, reading electrical metering.
