Job Title: Project Coordinator I

Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator I to support day-to-day delivery across Configuration Management, Product Engineering, Technical Writing, and Document Control teams. This role maintains accurate status, actions, schedules, deliverable registers, access requests, and routine operational reporting.
What You ll Do
Create or assume ownership of Change Requests (Change Orders, Change Actions, Issues) in PLM and coordinate them from initiation through approval and implementation.
Address and reconcile rejection comments from reviewers and approvers, ensuring changes are updated and resubmitted where needed.
Create or revise parts and update existing BOM structures to reflect approved engineering changes.
Review and update part families, including attributes and configuration-related data.
Work with the Configuration Management team to resolve errors that prevent workflow completion or promotion in PLM.
Conduct BOM where-used analysis and confirm affected units and structures prior to implementation.
Ensure BOM, part, and document releases and associated changes are accurately implemented in PLM and traceable to approved Change Requests.
Coordinate multiple concurrent specification revisions affecting a given BOM part or product structure.
Maintain daily task status, action logs, due dates, deliverable registers, review schedules, and overdue-item tracking.
Collect planned-versus-actual, requested-versus-delivered, backlog, throughput, and schedule data from workstream leads.
Coordinate meetings, onboarding, training, access requests, work-allocation inputs, and backup coverage.
Prepare meeting notes, follow-up actions, routine correspondence, and weekly operational reporting inputs.
Support project repositories, workflow trackers, calendars, contact lists, and controlled status records.
Escalate blocked, overdue, or incomplete activities to the appropriate project or workstream lead.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, Engineering Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Typically, 0 4 years of project coordination, PMO, engineering operations, document control, or administrative experience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
Proficiency in preparing accurate reports, trackers, meeting records, and professional communications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting engineering, utility, EPC, construction, manufacturing, or regulated programs.
Exposure to PLM, EDMS, project controls, or technical-deliverable workflows.
Familiarity with risk, issue, action, and deliverable registers.
