Job Description:

Project Coordinator II

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (4 days/week onsite; 1 day remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support order fulfillment and coordinate related activities. This role involves processing and managing customer orders, submitting equipment and material requests, and ensuring a smooth workflow from order intake through delivery. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders and material requests.
  • Utilize SAP to submit equipment and material orders.
  • Monitor and manage work queues within Salesforce.
  • Respond to inquiries from Project Managers and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Track shipment and order status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Submit staging tickets and guide requests through required approval processes.
  • Maintain day-to-day order fulfillment activities.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Jira.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Work Environment

The candidate will join a team of eight full-time employees. The role requires interaction with Project Managers who may have urgent requests, so the ability to handle escalations professionally is necessary. Training will be provided primarily on-the-job.
