Provide administrative support to a department or individual. This person will be working closely with supervisors and specialists to, but not limited to, contacting municipalities, applying for permits, scheduling work and equipment, gathering and assembling job packets, making work orders, monitoring condition codes and closing jobs, monitoring and entering training as assigned and completed, and other duties as assigned (not to exceed 5% of duties).
Key Responsibilities

Assisting supervisors and support staff as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP or Smartsheet is highly desired.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training.
Update the project plan.
Assist in information collection and validations.
Help prepare status reports and presentations.
Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
