Description
JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator II
LOCATION: Escondido, CA (Onsite; 7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
DURATION: Approximately 2 years
PAY RANGE: $29 - $39/hr.
Description:
Provides project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training.
Updates the project plan.
Assists in information collection and validation.
Helps prepare status reports and presentations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Project Coordinator - Coordinates Damage Prevention operational activities, including standby scheduling, mutual agreements, late ticket reporting, driver reports, and performance data management.
Maintains accurate records, generates reports and metrics, supports compliance requirements, and provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient program execution.
