This position is located onsite at NASA/White Sands Test Facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Job Overview
The IDIQ Project Coordinator provides estimating and coordination assistance in the preparation and execution of all project effort. The projects managed will be simultaneous requiring strong multi-tasking, monitoring, and tracking skills. The incumbent will also serve as the point of contact for project outages, meetings, and other coordination tasks related to the IDIQ operation. As the Coordinator, they will be responsible for the timely, efficient, cost estimate preparation for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) projects assigned to the organization using constructions plans, blueprints, and other associated pricing indexes to include using technicians as subject matter experts in design and estimating for labor and materials.

Providing timely, concise informational updates to project principals.
Experienced in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, preferably Maximo.
Professional verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledge of construction trade means, methods, equipment, and tools.

Work is performed primarily in an office setting. This job may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Work requires the ability to operate a computer, effectively communicate information in verbal and written form, read and review information.
Position is located on a hazardous testing facility; must be able to quickly evacuate buildings in the event of an emergency.
May be required to wear breathing protection (respirator), hearing protection, eye protection and other associated personal protective equipment.
