Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will support the Center of Excellence (COE), which serves as a centralized hub for critical, repeatable work and data management within the Electric Distribution and Gas business units. This role focuses on the closure and reconciliation of capital work orders once fieldwork is complete. The successful candidate will learn and apply capital reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and timely work order closure. Your Day-to-Day: Reconcile and close backlog capital work orders based on established procedures Review and validate project documentation to ensure compliance with reconciliation requirements Communicate with internal coordinators and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information Track progress using Microsoft Excel and other internal tools Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, cost tracking, and status reporting Assist in preparing presentations and collaborative documentation Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: High School Diploma or GED Experience with work order management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word) Familiarity with SAP Experience in the power or utility industry Why WECTEC Staffing Services?
