POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Project Coordinator II at Pharis Design, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of landscape architecture and land development projects by providing a balance of administrative support and entry-level design assistance. Approximately 60% of the role is dedicated to office administration, including coordinating project documentation, managing schedules and communications, maintaining records, assisting with proposals, invoicing, and project tracking, and supporting daily office operations. The remaining 40% involves beginner-level design tasks such as preparing and revising drawings, assembling presentation materials, conducting site research, organizing project files, and assisting Project Managers and design staff with project production. This position offers the opportunity to build both administrative and technical skills while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment.
A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of professional experience in Project Coordination.
Experience in the Engineering or Construction industry is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, AutoCAD and BlueBeam
Ability to work on several projects concurrently.
Ability to efficiently utilize time in executing assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management.
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and build strong relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
