Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator II to provide advanced project-controls and delivery coordination across multidisciplinary engineering and information-management services. The role owns consolidated reporting, variance analysis, resource tracking, risk and issue registers, corrective-action follow-up, and management-ready dashboards.
What You ll Do
Create or assume ownership of Change Requests (Change Orders, Change Actions, Issues) in PLM and coordinate them from initiation through approval and implementation.
Address and reconcile rejection comments from reviewers and approvers, ensuring changes are updated and resubmitted where needed.
Create or revise parts and update existing BOM structures to reflect approved engineering changes.
Review and update part families, including attributes and configuration-related data.
Work with the Configuration Management team to resolve errors that prevent workflow completion or promotion in PLM.
Conduct BOM where-used analysis and confirm affected units and structures prior to implementation.
Ensure BOM, part, and document releases and associated changes are accurately implemented in PLM and traceable to approved Change Requests.
Coordinate multiple concurrent specification revisions affecting a given BOM part or product structure.
Own weekly KPI consolidation and monthly performance reporting across engineering and document-service workstreams.
Analyze cycle time, backlog aging, throughput, quality trends, rework, resource utilization, schedule adherence, and delivery risks.
Maintain personnel rosters, skills matrices, utilization reports, risk and issue logs, and continuous-improvement trackers.
Coordinate corrective-action follow-up, recovery meetings, accountable owners, due dates, and closure evidence.
Develop clear management dashboards and highlight emerging constraints, resource conflicts, and delivery trends.
Partner with project managers and workstream leads to improve planning, reporting accuracy, and operational governance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Typically 3 7 years of project coordination, PMO, project controls, reporting, or delivery-operations experience.
Strong analytical capability with demonstrated experience consolidating data and preparing executive-ready reports.
Experience maintaining risks, issues, actions, resources, schedules, and performance dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in nuclear, utilities, EPC, energy, construction, manufacturing, or another regulated environment.
Knowledge of PMBOK-based project practices, schedule management, resource forecasting, and continuous improvement.
Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams or supplier-delivery teams.
