Title: Project Coordinator III
 

We are looking for a Project Coordinator III to support the execution and coordination of AI and technology partner co-marketing programs. This role is focused on keeping multiple marketing workstreams moving efficiently by coordinating campaign deliverables, tracking timelines, managing cross-functional follow-ups, supporting partner-facing content, and maintaining clear program documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and experienced using AI tools to improve productivity across research, content, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of partner and co-marketing campaigns, including deliverable routing, approvals, asset handoffs, and launch tracking.
• Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams involving product marketing, events, communications, creative, and developer-focused teams.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, status dashboards, timelines, and action-item follow-ups.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, dependencies, and slipping deadlines.
• Support the development and organization of partner-facing content such as case studies, one-pagers, email campaigns, integration guides, and webinar presentations.
• Coordinate logistics and deliverables with external technology partners and vendors.
• Support events, technical webinars, developer workshops, registration, run-of-show activities, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Compile campaign performance data and maintain recurring reports and dashboards.
• Use AI/LLM tools to support first-pass content creation, research summarization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain shared documentation, trackers, and program files in a clear and organized manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, campaign operations, or marketing/agency execution.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project-tracking skills, including ownership of trackers, timelines, checklists, and status updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate and follow up across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working within established processes, templates, and brand/content guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and comfort working through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience using AI tools, LLMs, or automation to improve drafting, research, reporting, or productivity.
• Proficiency with common collaboration and marketing tools, including spreadsheets, presentation tools, shared drives, and project trackers.
• Experience coordinating with external or third-party partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting B2B technology, partner marketing, or co-marketing programs.
• Experience with ISV, channel, alliance, or partner marketing ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, generative AI, or foundation model concepts.
• Experience supporting developer relations, developer marketing, or technical community programs.
• Experience coordinating events and webinars at scale.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics/reporting platforms.
• Understanding of developer or technical audiences.
• Previous experience within a large technology or global platform organization is highly preferred.
